Dr Laura is a qualified 200-hour yoga alliance teacher. She also has additional qualifications in yin yoga and yoga therapy for chronic pain. Her yoga practice has enabled her to self-care through life’s ups and downs and has also taught her how to effectively hold space for her patients and meet them where they are at.

Laura’s yoga offering aims to help foster feelings of safety and wellbeing. This can be a useful therapeutic modality for those with distressing physical symptoms, those feeling disconnected from their body or those who have not managed to reach their goals through talking therapies. You may just want to optimise feelings of wellbeing or may need relief from symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, burn-out, insomnia or pelvic pain. Laura helps you make friends with your body and realise the power of pause.
