Shared Medical Appointments will run every 8 weeks
This unique group format has been designed to leave you feeling heard, supported and part of a growing community of those experiencing persistent pelvic pain.
The session will begin with an informal Q&A session, followed by a brief and informative presentation. It will conclude with gentle, safe chair yoga & guided meditation. Have as active a role as you wish in the session. Light refreshments and snacks provided.
